Objective
Expansion and redevelopment of the Ottawa Congress Center (OCC).
Proposal
Replacing the existing Ottawa Congress building with an iconic tower to give the nation’s capital a modern identity and developing the surrounding area on three scales - URBAN, ARCHITECTURAL, and HUMAN to optimize the usage of this segment of downtown and to stimulate the neo-urbanist design in the city’s core.
